Happy New Year! I hope your 2023 is off to a great start. 

Let’s talk connection.

Connection is vitally important for our parish leaders. In parish work, it can feel like you are out on an island in a culture that does not promote faith or involvement in church. 

Then when it comes to parish renewal that can feel even more isolating as the status quo so often seems to rule in the Church. 

This is why we work to connect our parish leaders. 

We do this primarily through small group discussions that take place after our weekly webinars and through our courses, where parish leaders come together to both learn and discuss aspects of the Rebuilt model. 

In the coming year, we are going to continue to look for opportunities to build connections among our coaching partners, as well as utilize their gifts and abilities among our members. 

Please join me in praying for our partner parishes to grow in community in 2023.
