Our Dedicated Volunteers Make an Impact

At Rebuilt we have incredible volunteers, who serve in a variety of capacities as coaches, small group leaders, in administration and on our board. Today I want to highlight the good work of Shannon Hession. 

Shannon enjoyed being a Nativity parishioner for many years, especially the relationships she formed in her small group. After she moved away from the area, she continued in her small group. She would watch Nativity online because she found other parish experiences wanting and impervious to change.

Shannon has expressed interest over the years in seeing the Rebuilt model spread and recently has stepped into coaching. Shannon is working alongside veteran coaches to coach and lead other parish leaders within the Rebuilt network.
