Rebuilt Right Now: Masterminds

Fall is officially in the air, and our fall courses are off to an incredible start!

These mastermind groups are made up of 3-5 amazing parish leaders who work together on one specific aspect of the rebuilt model at a time and hopefully learn from each other and encourage one another in the process.

Here are 3 action steps they are aiming for:

1. Identifying low-hanging fruit
   This is crucial as they look to find easy ways to build exciting momentum in their parish.
2. Identifying Short-term goals
   We also want our leaders to pursue and accomplish certain elements in the next 2-3 months. For example, one goal they have is to create a plan to welcome people well on Christmas Eve.
3. Identifying long-term vision
   Renewal takes time. Creating a compelling vision of what could be and should be in their parish will give our leaders a filter to view everything on their plate while also motivating them to keep pursuing the exciting future ahead!
